PDSA Lotteries and Raffles Refund Policy

If you are acting on behalf of a vulnerable player who should not be gambling, please contact us. We will work with you to reach a satisfactory outcome, ensuring that all parties are treated fairly.

Refunds will only be issued for ticket sales in the case of over-purchase, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions regarding maximum ticket sales. Refunds are available only if specifically requested.

Please note that refunds can be issued for ticket purchases only, not donations.

No refunds will be issued after the draw has taken place.

Refunds can only be made via the original purchase method.
